managing information

Northwest students will successfully locate, retrieve, organize, store, synthesize, and annotate various forms of information. In college, it is important to have all your information in the right spots. Fortunately for me, I have grown up in a digital world and depend on folders and color-coding on my laptop. Learning how to manage my information prepares me for the professional world of being organized.

In my Public Relations Techniques course, I wrote multiple Press Releases. It is important when writing these to sort the information out in a way it's easy to comprehend.

In my Accelerated Composition course, we had a final Global Project. Throughout the semester I collected a lot of data, and had to sort through it before adding it to my paper.

In my Introduction to Advertising course, I wrote a Juul Advertising Analysis Paper. I had to manage my information well to explain their techniques and how it is effective.
